By accessing or using QuestLang, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Free accounts have limited access. Paid subscriptions (Pro, Team) are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled per our refund policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse QuestLang, including but not limited to: reverse engineering, scraping content, creating fake accounts, harassing other users, or using the platform for any illegal purpose.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

All lessons, artwork, characters, music, and other content on QuestLang are owned by us or our licensors. Your user-generated content (avatars, profile data) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it within the platform.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through account settings, which will remove your personal data per our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

QuestLang is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
